What happens when you contact me
When you contact me by email or using a contact form, the data you provide (such as your name, e-mail address, or other contact details) will be stored, but only for the purpose of answering your queries and corresponding with you regarding my services, should you choose to enter into a business relationship with me. You can request to view this data, or have it deleted or amended at any time. If you choose to attach documents to an e-mail, please be aware that these will also be stored for the purpose of quoting and for the actual performance of any service requested.

What happens to your documents
Any documents you choose to send to me or that you make accessible to me will be treated confidentially unless they contain only publicly available information (such as pages from your published website) or you state that the documents are not confidential. Documents will be stored for future use, for example as reference material for future translation work. The content of your documents may also be stored on a TM (translation memory) for the purpose of facilitating translation work. These TMs will only be used by me and the information will not be passed on to anyone else without your consent.
